“Kaiyodo Figure Museum” is a museum exhibiting cartoon figurines and models produced by Kaiyodo, a planning and production company of character figures. Here, various works such as dinosaurs, animals, animation characters are displayed. At the entrance of the museum, life-sized figures of “Kenshirou” of “Hokuto No Ken” (Fist of the North Star) and “Daimajin” (great devil) stand, and it becomes busy as shooting spot. In addition, in the section tracing the history of Kaiyodo, it introduces the history of Kaiyodo with figures and pictures from old work to food toys which are attached as sweets extras. In addition, there are various sections like “reproduced history of life with diorama”, “figure section of Manga, animation and superhero character”, “figure section of beautiful girl” etc. This is a museum that can be enjoyed beyond generations.

From JR Hokuriku Main Line, Nagahama Station of Shiga a 10-minute walk. There is an image of life-sized “Kenshiro of Hokuto No Ken” in the corner. It is a landmark.
