The “State-owned Hitachi Seaside Park” is a state-owned park located in Hitachinaka City, almost the center of Ibaraki Prefecture. The total area of the park site is 350 hectares, which is five times larger than Tokyo Disneyland. 55% of them, about 200 hectares, are used as a park.
